Accepting New Patients!
We thank you for your kind referrals of family, friends and co-workers.

Appointments
If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Appointment changes are requested to be made with an absolute minumum of 24 hours notice, or by Thursday Noon for Monday appointments.

Insurance

Please see the Insurance Plans Accepted square on the home page for additional information. Our office accepts a variety of insurance carriers. Please call our office and ask our staff directly. Our staff will help determine your dental benefits as estimated by your insurance carrier.

If you see Dr. Taylor is on your plan at an address different from this office, please note that PPO plan participation is site specific. Only the insurance plans that the doctor is signed up for at this address pertain to this practice.
